How to return a bike?

You can always need to bring the bike back to a Cykl destination. Once the bike is there you can finish the ride using the website or app.

Finishing the ride
1. Select a return destination.
      Open the map by clicking 'open map' icon in the upper right corner and select the stand where you are located.
Alternatively, select the stand from the drop-down menu.
2. Check the description, map (zoom in) and stand photo for the exact return location.
3. Leave the bike there, in the bike racks.
4. Close the electronic lock manually. 
      You can refer to the detailed article on closing locks.
5. Allow about 10 seconds for the lock to upload the lock state.
6. Hit the ‘Return’ button.

(7. ) At most destinations you can leave the chain lock wrapped around the bike saddle bar.
If requested by the app please extra secure the bike with the chain lock: lock the bike to a bike stand if reachable, otherwise lock the front wheel to the frame of the bicycle. Close the chain lock using the code and rotate the lockpad to 0000(0).

(8.) If the closing of the lock hasn't been confirmed you will be asked to upload a picture as a confirmation. If the upload fails, you can also send a picture via WhatsApp (+31620755489).
