How to close the smart lock?
If you click the button on top of the lock the motor closes the lock for you.
You can normally also close this lock type by clicking the return button on the website or app. This only works if the lock is connected to the internet.
If it doesn't close:
1. Make sure the lock doesn't move when you click the button.
The lock is quite sensitive to motion to prevent it closing while riding the bike.
2. Make sure the lock if fully open.
If the lock is not 100% open it can't close. Usually then the button lights green when you click it. Try unlocking it using the website or app unlock button. Thereafter, close it using the button on top of the lock.
If the lock still doesn't close there is an technical issue with the lock. Please report this by whatsapp, email or by submitting a ticket.
