All bikes are equipped with a electronic lock and a mechanical chain lock.
Opening the smaller locks
Click the unlock button on your phone screen. It's visible after starting the rental. If the lock is connected to the internet it will immediately open.
In wintertime this lock might be in energy-saving standby-mode.
* Click the white button on to op the lock to take the lock online. After 30 seconds, try opening it again with the unlock button on your phone screen.
* Or click the unlock button on you screen 3 times, then the app presents a color code for offline unlocking. Enter it using the white button on top of the lock.
If the white button doesn't light up the lock battery is fully drained.

Opening the larger locks
Simply click the unlock button on your phone screen. You may need to push the lock button up if a spoke is blocking the lock or under cold weather conditions.
Opening the mechanical locks
The app presents you a 5 digit code. Make sure you set the correct numbers, in between to the two markings on the lock. It should open now. Don't forget to take the lock with you during the ride :)
