Cykl fair caps explained

Since June 17, 2026, Cykl has something new: the monthly fair cap.

Here is how it works:

 As soon as you have used 9.50 credit, you get:
  1. first 30 minutes free on every ride you start after reaching the cap.
  2. 50% discount on longer rides.

 As soon as you have used 24.90 credit, you get:
  1. first 12 hours free on every ride you start after reaching the cap.
  2. 50% discount on longer rides.

Until the end of the month, of course.

Good to know:

  1. You do not need a subscription; you participate automatically.
  2. You can now choose exactly how much you want to top up in the Cykl shop.
  3. See your progress by clicking on the icon next to your name, or navigate to cykl.nl/detail.php
  4. If you rent multiple bikes at the same time, you only receive a discount on the last bike you return.

60-90 min: 0,95

14 hours - 24 hours: 2,07
24 hours - 36 hours : 2,38
36 hours - 60 hours: 4,75
